Back in 2018, I was working with small manufacturers in Mendoza who kept hitting the same wall. Their suppliers would present budgets, and these business owners would either accept everything or reject it all. There was no middle ground, no negotiation.

That's when we realized something crucial was missing from the Argentine market. Business owners needed someone who understood both the financial mechanics and the cultural nuances of budget discussions here.
